If the name Creative Touch sounds familiar, it is. Jamie
and Joanie Cernobyl, CBA's are back.

After taking a family hiatus to raise our 3 daughters, (1 is
married, 1 is in her 3rd year of college, and our baby in
her last year of high school) we have returned, bringing
new, exciting, and extraordinary balloon decorating
back to the Lehigh Valley again!

Creative Touch is a family owned and operated
professional balloon decorating company. Decorating for
special occasions and corporate events, specializing in
weddings.

Creative Touch is the only decorating company in the
Lehigh Valley to have Certified Balloon Artists, (CBA ) on
staff to do your decorating.

We provide a full range of balloon decorating services,
from standard balloon decor, table centerpieces to large
scale sculptures, arches, columns, hearts, clouds,
exploding balloons and much more.

We also offer personalized candy bar favors and rental
items.
